Leadership and Communication Skills Training for the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) 2024
The Leadership Institute successfully concluded the highly anticipated Leadership and Communication Skills Training for the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), held from 5th to 8th February 2024 at BON Hotel, Ibadan, Oyo State.
This impactful event brought together senior officers of the NCS for an intensive program designed to enhance their leadership capabilities, communication strategies, and decision-making skills in line with the demands of modern customs administration.
Over the course of four days, participants engaged in a series of interactive sessions, workshops, and group discussions led by seasoned facilitators and experts. The training emphasized real-world applications, fostering a deeper understanding of effective leadership, interpersonal communication, and teamwork within the customs environment.
